SC is passionate about the physical and emotional wellbeing of young people. Our new and exciting 1-to-1 online mentoring service specifically caters to young people between the ages of 10 to 18.

What We Do

We offer a range of activities to help achieve our goals:

Vision Boarding

A fun and creative visualisation tool to help motivate and inspire young people. 

Healthy Eating

Tasty and exciting meal plans to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Home Workouts

1-to-1 exercise routines to get the blood pumping and the mood rising.


1-to-1 kids yoga sessions to improve focus and reduce anxiety and stress.


Diaries help us to organise our thoughts and feelings, encouraging young people to self-reflect.


Online fun and interactive games to keep the young person occupied and improve mood.

Creative Writing

From storytelling to poetry, these sessions will encourage creativity and improve emotional expression.


Supporting young people with homework and areas they are struggling in.

OM-What We Do

Our Service

Our online mentoring sessions run between 2PM - 8PM and are easily accessed on any device via Zoom. Our qualified, DBS checked mentors are carefully vetted and matched to their young person to maximise outcomes. Sessions are flexible and can run from 30 minutes to one hour long, depending on need. In complex situations, we can offer a space at our provision for mentoring to take place.*
