Gwynne has 30 years experience as an international Technical Coach, notably as the Academy Technical Coach at Crystal Palace F.C and West Ham United F.C, as well as the Academy Technical Consultant at Reading F.C and Technical Coach Educator at F.A. Wales. Starting as a youth player with Crystal Palace F.C, Gwynne now has over 1,000 senior appearances as a professional player and was the F.A Trophy Winner of 1994.
Bas is a former professional player with Reading F.C, Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. and Millwall F.C.
