Personal Training Program @ SC!

Here at sporting chances we now offer a personal training program providing the students with an introduction to health & fitness, along with use of the facilities of The David Weir Leisure centre.  

 

 

The Student Training Program at Sporting Chances is a development scheme created for driven students. Through a rigorous personalised training program tailored to meet the targets of the individual, the student will be able to challenge themselves working towards goals as well as seeing the results and learning in the process. The aim of the program is to engage the student through specific training working closely with specialist staff, helping the student meet their full potential and to excel. The program also helps drive the students sense of motivation, determination and perseverance, as well as taking the right steps to a healthy balanced lifestyle.

 

The program includes:

  • Gym inductions

  • Gym routines/ Session Plans

  • Multi-Sport Involvement (Athletics, Swimming etc.)

  • Learning about the importance exercise and its values 

  • Nutrition and Lifestyle advice 

  • Weekly/Monthly Reviews

  • Scheduled training 

  • Weight Loss/ Weight management 

  • Personal Goals/Targets

  • Results Monitoring
